After you inquire. I will get back to you within 72 hours.

I want to learn you story… the reason behind the photo session. So, I will send out a questionnaire, ill ask for inspo & I’ll create a mood board for our session with outfit and posing ideas.

I will also ask for dates to set up a quick call (or we can text if you prefer) with you, so we can get to know each other a bit and talk about the project. This will makes us more comfortable the day of the session.

After this, we will set a date, I will send over forms and invoice. & thats it!

Ill be here for you for any questions, advice, concerns before our session.

What can I look forward to during our session?

An experience. I take pride in making sure my clients have a great time in their sessions. We will share ideas for the photoshoot & I’ll make sure to get your good side. Since my focus is to bring out the most authentic version of you. I work on getting you comfortable with the camera first. I love music and I find it to be a very essential part in sessions, so I want to hear what you like… something that relaxes you, brings you joy, or gets you pumped! Be ready for lots of chatting, laughs, and questions being ask by me because your comfort and approval is my priority.

Do you strictly work as a brand photographer?

Although, I specialize in entrepreneurs, I love all kinds of photography.

I will happily take on any clients that feel like my style fits their needs.

From couples to events, I’d love to work with you!

Do you offer content creation?

I do. I offer social media content for events & entrepreneurs. I have packages that are strictly just content and some of my branding photography packages include this extra perk!

Do you have a studio?

At the moment, I have an in home studio offered only to returning clients.

Whats your turn around time? When will I receive my gallery.

Galleries are usually sent out within 7 business days. Of course this all depends on the volume of traffic I have and how large your gallery is.

But, no worries, I wont keep you waiting long after our session before I send out sneak peaks.

There is absolutely no body alterations .

Do you ask for a deposit ?

To confirm your session, a deposit/ retainer of $100 is required and it is nonrefundable.

Whats the cancellation policy?

Things happen. If you need to reschedule your session, I understand. You will have up to 3 months to reschedule your session.

If you need to cancel, that is fine. The retainer fee of $100 will not be returned.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior for a full refund minus retainer. If it is done after the 72 hours, 25% of your total will be retained by Erran Photos.
